The Munckhof Group in Horst has entered into a partnership with Floriade 2012. The partnership calls for Munckhof to provide the transport to and from the car parks and all business booking facilities during the Horticultural World Expo. The cooperation was officially sealed this morning, when the contract was signed by directors Paul Beck of the Floriade and Tom Roefs of the Munckhof Group.
For Munckhof, the project means the ultimate opportunity to demonstrate the diversity of its services.

A key element of the agreement is that Munckhof will be organising all booking facilities for business customers of the Floriade. Tom Roefs, Managing Director of Munckhof, explains: “A large number of congresses, business gatherings and events will be organised during the Floriade and will host countless guests from the Netherlands and abroad. Munckhof will be taking care of the entire process of welcoming those guests properly. That begins with reservation of the airline ticket, transfer from the airport, hotel accommodation in the region, transport to the congress and the entire return journey. Close collaboration with local companies is extremely important.” Munckhof stresses the fact that it will be working with a specially developed web application to make the entire process as transparent as possible.
